The North West doesn't do average weather
Showers stream in off the Irish Sea and line up along the Fylde and Wirral coasts. The Pennines wring rain out of Atlantic fronts and shelter places just to their east. The Lake District fells can turn a damp day into a washout, while the Cheshire plain fills with fog on a still autumn night. National forecasts smooth all of that out.

North West England: Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cumbria and Cheshire. Some model charts show the wider UK so you can see what's coming, but the forecasts, outlooks and briefings are written specifically for the North West.
Who writes the forecasts?
The forecasts are written by CW Weather in Chorley. The models do the number crunching, but every forecast is interpreted with local knowledge of how the region's hills, coasts and valleys change the weather.
How do I cancel?
Go to your account page and choose "Manage billing". You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is chorleyweather.com still free?
Yes. The main site carries on as normal. Premium is an extra layer of detail for people in the North West who want more.
